How long does a bulk order take to complete?

That depends on a few things! What product you chose, how complex your design is, and how many units you order. We generally quote 1-2 business days to process your design and 5-7 business days for production depending on the quantity and availability of the product you chose. These timeframes are estimates and are subject to change depending on how quickly you approve your proof, the invoice is paid, how large your order is, and our current workload.

How is pricing determined for a bulk order?

• Quantity of the product you chose; higher quantity orders get better pricing per unit.

• The complexity of the engraving - a complex logo or graphic is going to take more “run time” (how long it takes the laser to complete the engraving) than a simple phrase or name.

Do I get to see the designed product before production starts?

Yes! Orders are not started until a proof of the design has been approved by you.

Do I have to pay before my order is started or when it is finished?

All orders must be paid in full prior to the start of production.

If I live in MO can I just pick my order up?

Yes! We can arrange for local pickup by appointment only. Just let us know beforehand that’s what you’d like to do so we can note it on your invoice.
